TERMS FOR REAL ESTATE
Terms: At the close of the auction, successful bidders will be emailed the contract package to execute and return to Rowell Auctions, Inc. Successful bidders will deposit $10,000 earnest money in the form of cashier's check or bank wire transfer with Rowell Auctions within 24 hours of receipt of the contract package. The entirety of the remaining balance is due at closing as stipulated in the “Contract for Sale of Real Property”. Purchaser shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees.
Buyer's Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price on all properties to determine the final contract price.
10% Buyer's Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100,000
Plus 10% Buyer's Premium: $10,000
Total Contract Price: $110,000

TERMS FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase.
Payment: The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order or wire transfer. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price. Sales tax of 7% will be charged on all applicable purchases.
Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.
Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Auction End Times: All Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Real Estate Auctions are timed events.
EXAMPLE: Rowell Auctions, Inc. Online Auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 2:00 p.m. receives a bid at 1:59 p.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 2:04 p.m.
Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.
Auction bid ending time is subject to automatic extend feature.
Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price.
Buyer’s Premium Example:
Bid Price: $100.00
Plus 15% Buyer’s Premium: $15.00
Sales Tax: 7% + $8.05
Total Sales Price: $123.05
Personal Property Purchase Retrieval: All items are available for retrieval as follows:

Retrieval Times: Friday, February 16th 2018, from 2:00PM-6:00PM
If you are unable to retrieve on these dates please schedule an appointment to retrieve items by calling Michael Brooks 229-985-8388.
Shipping: Items are available for retrieval as listed above. If a purchaser wishes to have items shipped, all packing and shipping charges will be at the purchaser’s expense. (Onsite retrieval encouraged)
In order to retrieve purchases, a paid invoice must be presented at pickup location by purchaser or their representative. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rowell Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller.
All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
